Meet and Greet

We will happily welcome your guests on their arrival to your property. We will hand over the keys and introduce them to their accommodation, ensuring they are familiar with the appliances, locks, entry systems & alarms etc.

We will provide full contact details to your guests should they require further assistance whilst on holiday.

Baby/Toddler Equipment hire

We can arrange, for the youngest members of your party, the hire of the following, high chairs, travel cots, baby bedding and buggies.

Childcare service

Using professional and tested carers only, we can arrange childcare/babysitting service should you or your guests require a night off.

Airport Transfers

We can arrange for you and/or your guests, a private transfer from and to the airport. Should you require a special vehicle or have unusually large items to transport, e.g. bicycles, prior arrangements can be made to accommodate this.

Car Hire

We have a standing agreement with a reputable local car rental company and can organise a car to suit your needs, at a competitive cost, should you wish to explore more of the island during your stay.

Your property needs to be cared for and looked after on a regular basis to keep it in good condition. We will look after your garden, pool, and general property inspection and repairs.

Garden Maintenance & Landscaping service

We are very proud to offer our professional garden maintenance service.

At a frequency previously agreed, we can undertake regular irrigation, lawn mowing, deadheading, pruning, border tidying & weeding, . Purchase of plants and subsequent planting can also be provided on request.

Willows Mallorca can also provide a professional landscape design & implementation service with full consultation at all stages and in all aspects of the design & build.

Pool Maintenance

For owners lucky enough to have a pool, please speak to us about our pool maintenance service that will keep your pool in pristine condition, year round. It is imperative to monitor and balance the chemical levels , especially if you are renting the property. It doesn’t take long for a pool to discolour but it takes a while to rectify following poor pool maintenance. We will check and adjust, where necessary, ph and free chlorine levels at every visit.

Property Repairs and Maintenance / Call out service

Whilst undertaking our regular property inspections, we may encounter situations which require maintenance and/or repair work. We will notify you immediately and provide you with a competitive quote. Should a specialist contractor be required, we offer full supervision on a 24hr a day basis. We will ensure that the repairs are undertaken to your satisfaction and that any appliances / services are in full working order before the contractor leaves your premises. Costs will be borne by Willows Mallorca and our invoice, detailing full breakdown costs, forwarded on to you.

We offer a range of property management services to ensure your property is properly cared for, so that you or your guest’s stays are as pleasant as possible.

Key Holding

We will hold the keys of your property and upon your request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet guests or supervise tradesmen at an extra cost.

Inspections & Security

We will visit your property at a previously agreed frequency. During these visits we will check the property comprehensively to guard against, utility supply failure or malfunction, i.e. water leaks, insect infestation and breaches of property security.

Cleaning & Laundry

We provide all types of cleaning services from exit cleaning, linen change and launder, end of year cleaning, , pre-arrival cleaning, post builders clean and external cleaning (patios, terraces, furniture, etc.). We are happy to offer tailor made cleaning services to suit your requirements including a dry cleaning service for your clothes.

In comparison with most companies in our field, our cleans are carried out to a standard that would be considered a “Spring Clean”.
