They will provide us with a free, no obligation quote and are able to undertake a full range of services from basic repairs through to full circuitry installation, air conditioning systems, appliance installation and water supply and bore hole connections and pumping systems.

Building Services
Martín Rubi Construciónes are a well established and extremely professional local building contractor. We at Willows Mallorca utilise their services for all of our clients general and specialist building requirements. They will provide us with a free, no obligation quote and will also deal with the applications for necessary permissions from the Ayuntimiento (local town hall) that may be required before the commencement of a project.

Painting & Decorating
Our specialist plasterer, painter and decorator, Kiko Martín, is the son of the owner of Martín Rubi Construciónes. His work is of the highest quality and the fact that he is often working in a location just completed by his Father means that the continuation of works is seamless and not dogged by delays and/or disagreements between outgoing and incoming contractors. Again, he will provide a no obligation quote for your approval.

‘Handyman’
For all those small jobs around the house and grounds of your property, we employ a fantastic ‘handyman’ who can turn his hand to just about any task! Whether it be a cracked gutter pipe, loose roof tile, leaking tap or just that shelf you never quite get around to putting up. No job is too small.
