Property Management
All aspects of property management from inside to out are covered by our service.
We offer a range of property management services to ensure that your property is comprehensively cared for, so that your stays and those of your guests are as pleasant and hassle free as possible.
Key Holding
We will hold the keys to your property and upon your request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet you, your guests or to supervise tradesmen or deliveries.
Inspections & Security
We will visit your property at a previously agreed frequency. During these visits we will check the property comprehensively to guard against, utility supply failure or malfunction i.e. water leaks, insect infestation, floods and breaches of property security.
Property Caretaking
For those of our clients who do not rent out their property and/or are not able to visit frequently, we offer our caretaking service. We will visit the property at weekly intervals to check that all is secure and undertake all necessary maintenance of the house itself and also that of the garden, terraces, pool and spa. We will send regular updates and pictures of your property so that you are aware of the current conditions and will contact you immediately should anything be amiss. We use the services of professionals for necessary repairs and will fully supervise and administrate any remedial works or improvements in your absence.
Cleaning & Laundry
We provide a full range of cleaning & laundry services. From exit/changeover cleans, mid-stay clean linen change and launder, Spring/end of year clean & shutdowns, pre-arrival clean, post builders clean and also a full spectrum of external cleaning services (patios, terraces, furniture, etc.). We are happy to offer tailor made cleaning services to suit your requirements including a dry cleaning service for your clothes. All of our laundry services are undertaken ‘In house’ to ensure that no instances of loss or misplacement of linen occur.
Our cleaning services are undertaken with the highest possible standards in mind. Compared to those of our competitors, our basic cleans would be considered to be as comprehensive as a “Spring Clean”.
Meet and Greet
We will happily welcome your guests on their arrival to your property. We will provide them with their keys and introduce them to their accommodation, ensuring they are familiar with the operation of appliances, entry systems & alarms etc.
We will provide full contact details to your guests so that, should they require further assistance whilst on holiday we are only a call away.
Baby/Toddler Equipment hire
We can arrange, for the youngest members of your party, the hire of high chairs, baby walkers, travel cots, baby bedding, buggies, prams and children’s toys.
Airport Transfers
We can arrange for you and/or your guests, a private transfer from and to the airport. Should you require a special vehicle or have unusually large items to transport, e.g. bicycles, prior arrangements can be made to accommodate this.
Car Hire
We have a standing agreement with a reputable local car rental company and can organise on your behalf, a car to suit your needs at a competitive cost, should you wish to explore more of the island during your stay.
